The structure stands out for its modern and iconic identity: a glass curtain wall façade in line with the original and the distinctive red detailing of Caccia Do­minioni’s design. A Grade A, ESG compliant office HQ refurbished to meet the highest performance standard throughout the 8 floors above ground. The wellbeing of the users is at the heart of the project, benefitting from excellent natural light, large open-air terraces and newly introduced end of journey facilities.
